@lanynya
thanks, but the next Version is very very better :D

@john3voltas
-it does not run under Linux, but you can simulate Windows in Linux (there are programs for it)
-runs only on HD2 Skin, in the distant future is still POHD - I don`t know when ...

In my post I mentioned WINE.
Is your application supposed to work in WINE?
What does your application run on? C#? Does it need java/.net/silverlight/etc?
Give me some clues on what to look for when I find a couple of minutes to test it under Linux.
Sure thing is I am not going to install XP on a VM software (VMWare/VirtualBox/etc) to run M$-only stuff.
Either I get to emulate it with WINE or I'll have to learn how to live without them stuff.

Oh, what a shame :(
Sure hope you find some time to test it in POHD. ;)
Cheers

@john
no Java / .NET / Silverlight / etc?
- only a few standard windows api's
- there are no entries in the registry
- reference is made to no special directories
unfortunately I have no linux PC to test it

but wait for the version 3.6.0, this is still in the course of the day to download

@pyro1000
Thanks for the reply.
You mean you are launching 3.6.0 today?
Or are you telling me to wait for 3.6.0 because that one will bring POHD skin support?
Cheers

@pyro1000,
Only tested your software and the playlists that you have.
Man, I gotta tell you, this is simply AWESOME! :o :D
1st I tested running your software under Linux (using WINE) and it didn't work.
(Could I persuade you to build your software using a multi-platform language, such as Java?)
Then I found a computer from a friend running XP and I borrowed it to run your software.
Cool thing is it didn't install anything on his computer.
Installation is just unzip and run the software.
Uploaded a couple of playlists (ohlulz, etc) and I am truly amazed by the HD quality on many channels in there.
There's only one downside: there's no way to zap. I can't change from one channel to the next in the list by pressing a button on the remote.
I guess that has nothing to do with your software.
Have you asked anyone else if that is possible?
Excellent software, pyro1000.
Thanks a bunch, mate.

@Farvoice,
Do you know how to do that? Change from one stream to the next by pressing a button in the remote? Can you ask in the Russian part of the forum how to do such thing, Farvoice?

Cheers.

@john thanks for Flowers :)

zapping would be cool
But I think because the streams have to stop for a while until they, It is almost impossible
one possibility would be a macro, with the ipodcgi
on a remote control (sorry Windoof) I've been working a piece of, wenns times ready, macros can also be created
continues for a while

java.... - Unfortunately, I can only program for windoof :oops:

If I understand correctly, your software downloads ohlulz's playlist.
Then it converts the list to work with rtmpdump.
Then it uploads the list to the media player.
Am I missing anything?
What else does your software do?
Cheers
