The player shows on TV string ASUS. Then the string disappears. All the time it is repeated. The LED on the player all the time is blue.

Do you try to reinstall all firmwares?
Is player normally works in 020500_r0?
Dont change any setting when you flashing firmwares. Dont change lan settings, language, etc.

And also in first start unplug all usb/esata devices after flashing Mini_Plus_Mos

I tried to reinstall all firmwares.
Player normally works in 020500_r0.
I had to change WiFi option to connect with Putty.

Dont do anything in 020500_r0. you can flash via USB upgrade in settings.

Try all reinstall.
1. Original via reset
2. Mini_Plus_020500_r0 via USB upgrade in settings
3. Mini_Plus_mos_r4 via USB upgrade in settings

Ok, the Arial Black font works well, and yes, it change the font in the menus, but it doesn't really problem in most cases, the wider text fits. I will post some pictures later. And I replace Dutch language with a self-made Hungarian language file using the same method. :D Thank you very much for your help again, Pokrass.

First of all, you should translate one of the language resource file (for example ENGLISH.str) to Polish. I can't do it, as I don't speak Polish. :)
Resource files are in the device's folder \usr\local\bin\Resource.
1. Copy one of them to your computer via FTP.
2. Translate the lines with a text editor (for example Notepad++).
3. Copy back the modified file to the device's folder \usr\local\etc.
4. Edit the rcS file in folder \usr\local\etc, add a line to it:
Code: Select all
mount -o bind /usr/local/etc/yourfile.str /usr/local/bin/Resource/DUTCH.str

In this case DUTCH language file will be replaced, but you can replace any of the resource files.
5. Restart player.

Please note, that in rcS you can use command mount -o bind no more 6 times.

Thank you, I'll keep it in mind.

However, is there a way to replace several files permanently (for example backgrounds, screensaver containing Iconbit logo) without this mount method?
