Hey Farvoice!

Thank you very much for putting all this effort in tweaking HD2 firmware for our R1/R3's. I have succesfully installed your HD2 r2 firmware onto my R1 after having installed the bootcode upgrade.
But I have one small problem: why cant I see my R1 in win explorer/network anymore, only if I set samba server on under NAS, I have windows 7 ult x64, and the O!direct dont work, "fail to reset server". This function did work under the first HD2 r2 firmware for our R1/R3
So do you have a solution how to fix it???

To goodman: What do you mean under "optical audio function"? SPDIF optical output works very well in all HD2 FW's releases.

I have a MKV file with DTS audio; I connect an optical to my bose; no audio comes out, but the composite cable red/white, audio is OK.

I have updated my R3 with this firmware; it is very nice to have XLive on it; but thre is some issue need to address:

1. when playing the video in XLive, if one press the wrong key to get back to the previous menu; i.e. press the return key instead of the stop key, it will cause the O!play to hang, my only way to get out is to unplug power.

2. is there anyway to implement a lock so adult porn video can be blocked?

But it is great feature, I think.
