Asus HDP-R1 (amp_11) | 3D HSBS movies with subtitles problem

Postby sir_brickalot » 11 Feb 2014, 16:57

Hi all,
I try watching 3D MKV Half SBS or HOU movies but have problems with my custom subtitles:
  • downloaded SRT's are beeing shifted to one side (unwatchable)
  • tried converting SRT to IDX/SUB format with Subtitle Edit and the placement is correct than but the subs don't seem to have an "end" parameter. One line stays until the next line comes. If I deactivate the Subs, the last one stays until I restart the movie. They are working fine in software players like VLC.

Could anybody tell me how to fix this please?

Maybe compare this sample of a created idx-file with a working one??

Thank you.
Code: Select all
# VobSub index file, v7 (do not modify this line!)
#
# To repair desyncronization, you can insert gaps this way:
# (it usually happens after vob id changes)
#
#    delay: [sign]hh:mm:ss:ms
#
# Where:
#    [sign]: +, - (optional)
#    hh: hours (0 <= hh)
#    mm/ss: minutes/seconds (0 <= mm/ss <= 59)
#    ms: milliseconds (0 <= ms <= 999)
#
#    Note: You can't position a sub before the previous with a negative value.
#
# You can also modify timestamps or delete a few subs you don't like.
# Just make sure they stay in increasing order.
