Зависания служб и некорректная работа ПО на Iconbit XDS1003D

Здравствуйте.
Где-то около полутора лет назад начали наблюдаться проблемы в работе плеера Iconbit XDS1003D приобретенного в ноябре 2011 года, и работающего с тех пор 24/7.
Бутлоадер KIIE.0402.1067, прошивка Mede8er X3D_Series_V4.0.2b160406, MOS обновлен до упора.

С определенного момента начала наглухо зависать Samba из MOS при запуске плеера. Отключил её, использую прошивочную.
+ Затем добавился ещё один симптом - стало отваливатся управление плеером с пульта через несколько секунд после загрузки плеера. По сети плеер остается доступным.
Перезагрузка в этом случае обычно не помогает, управление после перезагрузки снова отваливается, помогает только отключение плеера на несколько секунд.
+ В прошивке по неизвестной причине не скачивается и не обновляется скрейпер.
Пробовал откатывать прошивки на более старые версии - проблемы сохраняются.

Дополнительные симптомы из логов:
