Help needed - corrupted apower setting

I played with my devices, and I included some settings in Actions on Power start section. Now my device won't start - it restarts right after turning it on :(
I can start the device in USB mode, so I tried creating autorun file in the root of the HD with content:
'rm /usr/local/etc/mos/apower/apower.conf'
but no luck. Can someone help me, how can I access moS settings without booting the device? If it is not possible to access settings, can a 'factory-reset' of moS be done in some way?

3. By using the reset button, the effect is similar to p. 2, only works on ASUS R1/R3 with boot 18 and above and from the R3 (Brown), the HD2 with the correct boot code, and other that have this functionality:
-power off the player, press the reset button (on other models that might be the Power button) (use a toothpick, paper clip, etc.; it is located between the usb and esata), and turn on the power of the player, wait until the message "Prepare for update ..." on the TV, release the button and update will start.

It does not help?

1. USB does not work on my device. But it is because of some software issue, I just cannot understand what is the problem. There is no problem with the USB hardware, I just used it to flash my device!

2. CEC is not working neither, and for me it never did. On my last TV, if I plug in my Rpi with KODI to the same TV, it works! It seems that the CEC implementation in moS is missing something in the handshaking phase.
